This page sets out the general terms in relation to the services we offer on our website. It is a legal document which is an agreement between RT Knits (whom we refer to as “we”, “our” and “us”) and the Customer (referred to as “you”, “your”, “he”, “she” or the “Customer”).



1. Selecting products and/or services

We have categorised and engineered our products by their possible end uses. Nevertheless, you are not limited to these sole end uses. By doing so, RT Knits cannot guarantee the functionality and performance of these products with these other end uses.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products on our website. However, we cannot guarantee that the colour display on the screen of all devices will be accurate.

Price displayed in product view represents price for a pack of 5 masks excluding shipping costs, excluding custom and VAT charges applicable at destination.

Prices of our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the service.


2. Adding products and services to Cart

Our size chart has been defined to facilitate the selection of products. It is your responsibility to refer to the size chart to ensure that your requirements are met.

Once you have added products in the cart, we recommend that you conclude the purchase at the earliest as we cannot guarantee that products will be available in the size and colour selected.


3. Confirming the Order

We reserve the right but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have ordered the correct size, quantity and colours of each product upon confirmation of the order.

Order is confirmed once an order number is received followed by a mail confirmation.


4. Completing Payment

Order Processing will begin only when payment has been received and confirmed. Requests for changes or additional alterations cannot be made to the order after payment.

The prices stated when the order is placed shall be valid. All price information provided includes the applicable statutory amount of value-added tax.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities ordered per person, per company or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our website such as billing and shipping address, email address, phone number, BRN and VAT number for companies so that we can fulfill your order.


5. Delivering the Order

Delivery to the final customer will be managed by an internationally recognized service provider DHL Mauritius under its terms and conditions

RT Knits guarantees to dispatch orders within 48 working hours to DHL once payment has been received and confirmed in accordance with the above policies. RT Knits will inform the customer by mail. The products are delivered to the address specified by the customer on the order form and only in geographic areas we serve. RT Knits assumes no responsibility for delays attributable to the fact that customer is not reachable by phone or not present to receive goods at any given address or due to any force majeure. Once confirmation that delivery has been completed, RT Knits will also complete the order on the website as a final step.

We endeavour to keep in stock sufficient quantity of products in every colour as available on the website.  Should the selected product not be available at the time an order is placed, RT Knits shall notify the customer within 24 hours of the order confirmation and propose alternatives. If both parties do not come to an agreement; you may please refer to Cancellation and Refund Policy below for more information.


6. Post-Delivering the Order

At RT Knits, all necessary precautions are taken to produce your order as per your specifications from the moment we receive your request up to delivery. If you receive the products that differ materially from what you created/ordered or the base product is faulty, please contact us at [email protected] or + (230) 2068989 without undue delay but not later than 14 days of receiving your order. Our customer service will respond to you within 2 working days to find a mutual agreement.



1. Delivery Policy

This delivery policy governs the delivery of any items you purchase through RT Knits website. This delivery Policy is subject to the Terms of service for the RT Knits website on which you made your purchase.

We fully manage and operate the ordering process ourselves without the involvement of any third party service. Only the delivery process is managed by DHL.

We will only process your order after reception of payment. Your order will be dispatched to DHL within 48 hours as from the payment received date. In no event will RT Knits be responsible for delays in delivery due to natural calamities, governmental acts or any other situations beyond our control.

RT Knits will only accept delivery to a valid street address only in geographic areas we serve. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, or local Post Office. RT Knits reserves the right to request a change in delivery address if that given by the customer is found to be unsafe for delivery.

RT Knits will inform you of the order dispatch to DHL by sending you a mail you provided in your contact details. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the appropriate person has been assigned to receive the order. RT Knits will always dispatch a full order at one time. Partial delivery is not applicable unless under exceptional circumstances and as may be mutually agreed by the parties.

DHL on behalf of RT Knits will always deliver the goods against a signature on the delivery receipt acknowledging acceptance and reception of the order. RT Knits will not be accountable for any loss or damages caused during or after delivery. Both RT Knits, DHL and the customer will have in possession a copy of the delivery receipt as proof of delivery.

All products leave our premises in perfect condition. The customer must notify the carrier of the slightest trace of impact (Holes, traces of crushing etc ..) on the package.

The exchange of any product declared a posteriori, damaged during transport, without any reservation has been issued on receipt of the package, cannot be entertained.

As in any expedition, it is possible to be delayed or that the product gets lost. In such a case, we contact the carrier to start an investigation. Every effort is made, as long as necessary, to find the package. If necessary, the merchant will be reimbursed by the carrier and deliver a new identical package. We disclaim all responsibility for delays due to the carrier, especially in case of loss of goods, bad weather or strikes.


Delivery problems due to carrier

Any anomaly concerning the delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery order, damaged package, broken product …) must be indicated on the delivery form, accompanied by the signature of client. The consumer must send a copy of this letter to [email protected]. Without this, we cannot process a refund.


2. Cancellation/Return/Refund Policy

2.1 Cancellation by Customer

RT Knits commits to review each request for cancellation and/or refund and contact the customer to agree on the way forward.

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you take physical possession of the goods.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned; examples are intimate or sanitary goods such as masks.

Subject to the below provisions, the Customer has the right to cancel its order.


Order paid but not yet dispatched

If Products not yet dispatched to DHL, upon cancellation or order, payment will be effected without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.


Order paid but already dispatched

If Products already dispatched to DHL, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back in the same conditions as they were delivered to you. The goods must remain unused and returned in its original packaging.

You shall send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. You are liable for any diminished value of the goods which results from your treatment of the goods beyond which is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.


Order delivered with defects

If Products already delivered by DHL to customer, The customer must communicate to RT Knits Ltd on [email protected] on the day of delivery or not later than 2 business days after delivery, any error of delivery and / or non-conformity of goods in kind or in quality compared to the information on the order claim. Any claim not made in the rules defined above and on time will not be taken into account and release RT Knits Ltd from any liability to the consumer. In case of error of delivery or exchange any product for exchange or refund must be returned to RT Knits Ltd as a whole and in its original packaging and in its original condition. To be accepted, all returns must be reported to, and have the consent of RT Knits Ltd, which if agreeable shall ship the package to the correct address. The shipping costs are the responsibility of RT Knits Ltd.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please fill in the attached cancellation/return/refund form (click to download) (will be changed with new link with RT Knits Letterhead) and send it to [email protected] before the withdrawal period has expired. Once cancellation/refund form acknowledged, RT Knits will contact you to initiate procedures and confirm decision for any possible reimbursement of all payments received from you.


2.2 Cancellation by RT Knits

RT Knits also reserves the right to cancel or limit any order under specific conditions. The customer will be notified of such cancellation as soon as possible and will be eligible for a refund.

We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these Terms of service if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our control, including but not limited to, an event of force majeure.

No liability of any nature whatsoever shall be incurred by RT Knits on the happening of a force majeure or any such events as aforesaid. In this Clause 2.2, an event of force majeure includes but not limited to:

  • an act of God (such as, but not limited to, fires, explosions, earthquakes, drought, tidal waves and floods)
  • machine breakdown
  • a riot, commotion, strikes, go-slows, lockouts or disorder or
  • acts or threats of terrorism


2.3 Right of Return

The right of return applies only to natural persons. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned; examples are  intimate or sanitary goods such as masks.

The consumer has a period of twenty-eight (28) calendar days to return, at their expense, the products which do not suit him/her. This period runs from the date of receipt of the consumer’s order. Please fill in the attached cancellation/return/refund form (click to download and send it to [email protected] before the withdrawal period has expired. All returns must be reported in advance to the customer service of RT Knits prior to finalise return arrangements with a courier service. The product must be returned to the address mentioned below only after confirmation of RT Knits Customer service Team.

Only products returned in their entirety, unused, in their complete packaging and in perfect condition for resale, will be considered. Any product that has been damaged or whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be refunded, returned or exchanged. This right of return is without penalty, except the cost of sending and returning. Assuming the exercise of the right of return, the consumer has the option of requesting a refund of amount paid.

Upon exercise of the right of return, RT Knits Ltd will make every effort to refund the consumer within fourteen (14) days. All reimbursement will usually be carried out using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. We reserve the right to decide on the final means of payment for reimbursement.
