If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, your credit card data will be used and stored on MCB server. Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as it is necessary to complete your purchase transaction, after which it is deleted. Your credit card data is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). RT Knits will never store your credit card data at any time on their server.
MCB payment gateway adheres to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint collaboration of brands like Visa and MasterCard. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by RT Knits and its service providers.
International Data transfer
To provide good quality services to our Customers all around the world, we, at RT Knits, partner with global reputable service providers on the market, for example cloud solutions providers which are based all around the world. We take due diligence and are proactive in provisioning all our cloud services in a highly secured manner, especially when working with cloud datacenter providers.
We do not sell, trade or rent our customers’ personal information. All our service providers do abide by the Global Data Protection Regulation or similar local regulation.
