How does Remask Air® protect you and others?
Remask Air® has been designed with a large surface area to filter the air from inside and outside.
Protecting you: The compact structure of the mask together with the outer hydrophobic treatment (water repellent) protects you from outside droplets.
Protecting others: The inner hydrophilic layer (water absorbent) has the capacity to absorb the droplets released during coughs or sneezes. The tight fitting of the mask also minimises air leakage outside.

Is the Remask Air® certified?
Remask Air® has been certified by AFNOR in France at DGA. The 2 layers on the base model have been tested to achieve 88% filtration efficiency on 3 micron particles (According to AFNOR S76-001, DGA test report no. 2000305)

What is the minimum quantity to buy?
There is no minimum. The more masks you purchase the lower the shipping cost.
Our shipping is FREE to all destinations we serve when you buy over $100.
$12.50 is charged for a cart value between $50 to $99 while $25 for orders less than $50.
Cost excludes any VAT and/or Custom Charges that may be applicable related to the final destination.

Is the Remask Air® available in kid’s size?
Our S size is suitable for kids from 6 years.
How long can the mask be worn?
It is recommended to change the mask every 4 hours or when it becomes wet.
How well will the Remask Air® work if I have a beard?
Remask Air® has been designed to cover a large surface of your face. As long as all facial hair remains inside the mask, it is safe. Otherwise, it is recommended to be clean shaved.
Will the Remask Air® fog my glasses?
Thanks to the nose bridge, you can say goodbye to fogged glasses. The tight fit prevents air leakage.
Does the Remask Air® come into contact with my skin?
The unique construction of the mask provides a lot of space inside so that your nose and mouth is not in contact with the fabric. The benefit is the clarity of your voice.
How do I wash and/or care for my Remask Air®?
The mask has been designed for easy washing and quick air drying. In addition, your mask will retain its shape and stay new for long.

How do I check out?
When you reach the check out page, fill in your billing and delivery addresses with all required fields. Then click on the button “Place Order”.
At this stage, your order has been received by Remask Air® Team. You will be instantly redirected to our payment gateway where payment can be effected smoothly. Once the transaction is successful, you will be redirected to the Remask page with an order confirmation message.
Your order will not be processed until the payment has been confirmed.
Can I edit/change my orders details after having placed the order online?
The order details include the product, colour, quantity and sizes.
If you want to TOP UP on an existing confirmed order with the same decoration such as adding a new product, colour, a new size and/or increase the quantities, we recommend to create a new order.
Simply go to your purchase history in your account and duplicate your order, add your new order details and proceed to checkout.
If you want to MODIFY an existing confirmed order such as cancel or replace a product, colour, size, decrease quantities and/or edit the artwork, we suggest to contact our team by mail on [email protected] or phone on +(230) 206 8989.
Our team will be happy to assist you in modifying the order within 12 hours of placing your order if it has not been processed already.
Can I cancel my order after having placed the order online?
We understand at Remask Air that under exceptional situations, it can happen that you have to cancel your confirmed order. For more details, please refer to our Cancellation/Refund Policy.

When can I expect delivery?
We know how impatient you are to receive your Remask Air® order!
That’s why our team goes the extra mile to deliver your order the earliest possible.
Your order will be processed as soon as payment has been received and confirmed. You can expect delivery at your doorstep within 2-3 working days excluding weekends & public holidays. (Due to Covid-19 Pandemic, your order might reach your doorstep within 7 working days).
Once your order is despatched to DHL, Remask Air Team will inform you and the tracking number sent to ease your order’s tracking.
